The Front of the monument to His Eminence Elzéar-Alexandre Taschereau - Canada's first Cardinal (1820-1898) in Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, beside City Hall in the Upper Town (Haute-Ville) of the Historic District of Old Quebec. The tallest building (18 stories) inside the walls of Vieux-Quebec - the Price Building (Edifice Price) in the background is the official residence of Quebec's Premier when the National Assembly is in session.
